Our favorite diva Tila Tequila hosted a great New Years Eve Masquerade Party on MTV tonight. The performances were great and the costumes were even hotter! Tila looked sexy her masquerade costumes, but where were her masks?! MTV definitely knows how to throw a party the right way with the most popular names in the entertainment industry.
It was great seeing Dani Campbell, Domenic Nesci, Vanessa Romanelli, and Ashley McNeely on the show with Tila! On a sadder note, Tila Tequila informed everyone that her and Bobby Banhart broke up earlier that day before the show. Bobby told Tila that he couldn’t handle her hectic schedule. It seems quite unfortunate that only weeks after the reunion show that this happened! Tila’s 11 week long search for love didn’t last long. Who knows, maybe Tila will give everyone’s favorite A Shot at Love cast member Dani Campbell a call!

wen i was watchinq the show i only saw the last 3 episodes wen they wentt to mexico.. i thouqht amanda looked like a man, more like a draq queen, shes wayto tall for tila but shes reely nice. bobbys hottt. im kinda qlad she picked him if she picked dani, i mean, idk they dnt fit. kissing and beinq toqether i just dnt c them like that. sure maybe dani and her relationship would last lonqer cuz dani is sweet and trustworthy and nice and qenerous all those qood thinqs but i think tila wants a guy so she cuold have sexual intimacy wtih u kno? but bobby is way better i think.
Oh she’s so full of $hit! Bobby has on his myspace page Tila never called him after the reunion show and he had no way to contact her. On her NYE special she said Bobby broke up with her; you could see that she was totally lying and it was real obivious when she said MTV was going to give her another shot of love.
I watched the entire show but like I told my daughter, if Tila was really looking for love she would have picked Dani, because those two we’re oozing chemistry and when your really in love nothing keeps you apart.
I was happy when she said she wasn’t going to do another show because she found love, after her bull$hit announcement last nite I won’t watch her show, she’s as fake as New York and Flava Flav.
Well, I think that Dani needs to turn Tila over her knee for a good spanking. The New Years Party was kind of noisy and funky. Tila didn’t seem to be quite in her element. Maybe her dresses were holding her down. I thought it odd to see the old mates from her shot of love show. Especially Ashley, the crazy guy.
Well, here’s to a Shot of Love Part 2. Hope you get as much milage as you did with your first show Tila, and hope no hearts are broken. But wait. What about Dani?

Im fairly observant and understanding of women thankfully at 29. I’ve presently been dating someone successful who ironically resembles Tila immensley for about a 1.5 years now and would like to add this: Tila is a very very career oriented person from what I observed on that show, judging by her myspace, show etc. has come from nothing and has delved into modeling, singing, and now reality shows. MTV notorious for doing what it takes to grab attention and ratings (ex. jackass) has another successful notch in their belt with this show. Love it or Hate it, when sum1 pratically irrelevant in a show like Hey Girl Hey gets 23,000 youtube views, MTV has done what it set out to do. Tila in my opinion would have dropped her own family members for another “Shot At Love” cause to be frank no one has been there for her in her life so far, (again based solely on how she has painted her life) although she seems sincere and kind, I think its all about her, making it alot easier to make a decision when presented with another im sure very sweet offer by MTV to do the show again. Bobby came off Im sure with tons of new lady friends and a country full of people that saw him painted a truly nice guy so Im sure he will be just fine. Maybe this time we will get to see the “real Tila” we had so many of those updates, and personal opinion clips from every1 on the show throughout, how about some info and personal data on the star for once instead of some brief comical whims or observances from her on others actions. Just because a network picks someone to be the prize doesn’t make them one. I am amazed by the magic of celebrity and the wonder of competition in a fantasy world where real people are mesmerized by the prize to the point where they can’t even see the person. Dani, Bobby and all the other competitors you are better off. Congratulations on not ending up with someone as fake and insensitive as Ms. Nguyen. Not a fan nor a hater, but a person who knows when they see someone who is far more hype than substance. In a very short time the celebrity of Tila Tequila will be less than nothing. Her talent is not unique; nor is it genuine. Ms. Nguyen’s life has been a search for who and what she is. She is still searching. She has no idea. She tries on all of these roles just like in her past thinking she’s black acting cholo, she tries on gansta, tries on stripper girl/porn sites… anything to get famous and rich. She claims not to be a poser when in fact her entire life is posing. I’m not hating on TT she is just playing at being something she thinks is worth something because it gets her attention and money and I’m calling her on it. Take away the implants, the masks, the money and attention (both of which will be gone soon anyway) and what are you left with? That is the real deal and she knows it. That is why TT chose a guy who was inexperienced, a guy she who was in no way threatening; a guy who she could show things too, teach and bestow things upon. Deep down Tila Tequila knows she is no prize. Deep down she knows she is nothing but a facade. Unfortunately, she has yet to discover true character so sees nothing wrong with being selfish, insensitive and intentionally provocative. Like an infant that is learning from the impression it makes on the world, having others react to its behavior and loving the fact that they get a reaction. Congratulations Dani, you are the real winner and much better off. Save your money and grow up fast Tila because what you offer is a dime a dozen and won’t last.
I am totally confused on what to take on this. Tila says that she was dumped by Bobby, yet Bobby says that she never called him and had no way of contacting her. I really liked the show, and it’s beginning to hit me that, by golly, all this “reality” stuff was probably with the members of the show, and not with Tila. That everything was just an act for her. I really thought they looked sooo cute at the reunion, and it just doesn’t add up for me. If there is going to be a second season, the ratings will probably be way lower, and she’s probably going to lose a lot of fans through this. I am a fan of her myself, but just knowing that this may be a fake, makes me want to watch reruns of Friends instead.

1. At the end of the final episode where she chooses Bobby It says The End ?. The question mark might have meant she was in negotiations for “A Shot of Love 2″
2. On the reunion show she wouldn’t divulge who would be with her on MTV’s New Year’s Eve bash even though the original advertisement for the bash posted on MTV.com clearly stated that the season one winner would be with her.
3. Apparently Bobby put out a bulletin on his website Dec 30th stating that after the reunion show he could never get a hold of her and she never called him back.
So instead of Bobby breaking up with her it seems she used him as a publicity stunt to enhance her career.
From a close inside source, Booby broke up with her due to her admitting she had a boyfriend all along and was not legally divorced from her husband,what a scam, and what a very crappy way to play with people’s emoition, so if anyone feels sorry for her they shouldn’t, just another career move,and she really isn’t a great actor.
Tila didn’t call Bobby because it was part of the show. You know, like see if 2 months later they still have chemistry. Even if you watch that Rock of Love show, on the reunion he says that he wasn’t even supposed to talk to the girl he chose like DIRECTLY after the show when she was going home. Tila couldn’t talk to Bobby because of the producers. But she said on the reunion, they have a lot of catching up to do. The most likely, it’s to keep out who she chose a secret before the final episode comes out. Because someone is bound to see them, hear them, or something!
You know, I read something 2 weeks ago about another Shot At Love. They didn’t announce who the bachelorette would be, but they were already talking about producing it. I just don’t think it’s possible that they were “waiting” for Tila and Bobby to break up. I also don’t think they had another bachelorette in mind. Fans hear what the production team wants them to hear. It’s not real. It would have been no different with Dani. Kissing 15 other people while searching for the one you “love” is not the way to find love. NONE of these shows are real. As soon as reality sets in, and there’s no one paying for your dates, and no mansion around you, and you have to really deal with each other, you find out what a relationship is made of.
I loved the show, it was a really good reality show. I never watched any reality until this show. Once I saw how Dani was, I loved her. She was so sweet and was just there to win. I liked Bobby, but Dani just seemed more involved with Tila. But, America can’t make Tila’s choices. Although many people HATED that she picked Bobby. Either way, I’m glad that Dani is doing good. I still think Dani should have won, but oh well. I would’ve been way more impressed with the show. But overall. A very different and amusing show.

I been reading up on some stuff about Tilla, it become very clear that the whole show is a scam. She already had a boyfriend while filming the show. It’s very clear to me that Tila used this show to further her career. Now how many of these “reality dating show” ever have a happy ending????!!
All of these “reality” shows you see on TV are pretty much fake and some of the contestants or people looking for love.. either are fakes or don’t know that they are being scammed by these shows. It’s all about ratings! Higher Ratings means more money.

Before the last episode of tila tequila aired, I went online to look it up because I was impatient, hoping to find out some details. I came across a website that had a casting call for Season 2 of A Shot At Love. SEASON 2? Before Season 1 was over? I thought maybe it was for the person that didn’t get picked.. but I guess not. I believe Bobby’s side of the story now, because I saw that webpage. Obviously, MTV was planning this Season 2 even before Tila said they “broke up”. I’m pretty positive they never even dated.

I think that Tila is a very beatiful women, howevr is a very confused one to say the least…I must admit if the oppurtuinty arose for me to amount to who she is today, I would more than likely accept. the second season of a shot at love was already shot before the first season even aired. Tila changed her phone number on bobby so he couldnt get in touch with her during the 6 week period that they couldnt see eachother. during that period she got a boyfriend before “officially” breaking up with bobby. tila is a liar and its all fake.

I don’t , even know where to begin to convey how I feel after hearing that Bobby and tila brokeup. Its as if everyone was made a fool of. Poor Bobby for believing in the show and Tila. And her fans like myself are so blown away and hurt that it has ruined my image of Tila. I was so addicted to the show and didn’t want to leave the house when I knew it was coming on. You kind of get caught up in the characters like a soap opera and you start to hate some and love some. The crazy thing is that it was a soap opera fake and unreal. I am not in the leat bit surprised to hear Bobby never even went out with her in the first place. Dat show was completely fake. None of it was for real and all the contestants got led up the garden path on that one. During the show some of the contestants ended up making out with each other. Tilla didnt like it when she found out and sent a couple of them home over it, yet it was o.k for her to make out with every single person on the show, which she did, and it was quite explicit too. Talk about double standards.The show is just a launching pad for the product that is Tilla Tequilla. THERE AINT NO LOVE ON -SHOT AT LOVE!!!!(LOL) SO DONT YOU BELIEVE IT NOW!!
